scramble licious is located somewhere at the side of citi mall. a taste test reveals their product to be not quite authentic in scramble taste..a lot of improvements still needed on the taste

top with choco syrup. then put a pinch of sprinkles and mallows..enjoy!

serve in cups. when cup is half full add skim milk, then add scramble again.

second step

mix in mixing bowl vanilla and flavoring. then add skim milk and condensed milk..then mix again until fluffy.
